Your journey begins with a morning pick-up from Marrakech, heading towards Ait Ourir and climbing through the Tizi n’Ait Barka pass, where you’ll stop for a coffee and restroom break.

Continue through the winding roads of the High Atlas Mountains, passing Taddert villages, and stop to admire the panoramic views from Tizi n’Tichka, one of Morocco’s highest road passes.

From there, travel off the main road to explore the hidden Ounila Valley, a quiet route dotted with traditional Berber homes and dramatic red rock landscapes. Drive through Telouet, once home to the powerful Glaoui family, before arriving at the iconic Ait Benhaddou.
